We both practice hiking in mountains for thirty years. Our goal is simply pleasure and get closer to nature.

When walking for several days, autonomy remains our main concern.

We need a special kind of diet to compensate our daily efforts.

Our dinners often consists in pastas and soup.

But it's all day that we try to regulate our diet. Water and dried fruits bring us these various supplements to avoid hypo glycemia and energy problems.

For a long time, we were searching for some kind of substitutes to energy bars that contain too much sugar. This year, in Spain, we tried some Tiboom bars in addition to our usual food. We realized that eating one of them every 3 hours was enough to get our energy back. These patties will definitly become part of our next backpack.
