I discovered Tiboom at a time I was tired of always eating the same kind of cereal bars or dried fruit before my gym sessions !

What I appreciate with these dehydrated energy bars is the fact they are made of seeds, dried fruits and super food, which makes the perfect mix to get energy sport.

I eat them approximately 30 minutes before excercice: swimming, strength training , and soon I will test it during exercise directly.

Besides being a really interesting source of energy for athletes ,they are really delicious : crispy with a mixture of seeds and soft with dried fruits that I appreciate very much like a little gluttony healthy ,perfect snack for sport.

From all the ones I tried, ChocoBoom is my favorite one. Chocolate mixture, figs, apricots, seeds ... just a delight!

I can't wait to go back for a jog and eat my Tiboom bar :)
